Adam Flynn

Adam Flynn

The Founder

Adam's obsession with cars started with a handful of Hot Wheels Porsches he still has to this day. That obsession turned into a career — starting in sales with Nissan, Honda, and BMW, where he built a loyal client base and learned what factory-level precision actually looks like. In 2017, he took European delivery of a BMW M2 straight from Munich, and he's since lapped the Nurburgring, Circuit of the Americas, and Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. He launched Flynn Automotive to bring that same personal, no-compromise experience to every customer: hand-select European vehicles he'd personally drive, recondition them properly, and sell them without the dealership games. Every vehicle on the lot is sourced, inspected, and approved by Adam before it gets listed.

The Boss

Carly's car passion started before she could even drive. At 16, she tracked down a BMW 328i cabriolet for her parents — made sure the sales consultant had the roof down and the car angled perfectly for the reveal. They owned it for years. That moment confirmed what she already knew: cars were her thing. She studied Business Communications at Brock University with plans for corporate automotive marketing, but went with her gut instead and co-founded Flynn Automotive. Now she runs the entire operation — deal paperwork, financing, customer experience, and the day-to-day that keeps things moving. She's usually the first voice you hear when you call, and the person making sure your purchase is seamless from deposit to delivery.

Tynan Mayhew

Tynan Mayhew

The Wrench

Tynan's passion for German and Japanese engineering is what led him to become a technician. He studied Automotive Service at Niagara College and holds a 310S licence with BMW factory-level training. He's the hands behind every inspection, reconditioning job, and service appointment at Flynn. Adam and Tynan go back to their BMW days, and that shared standard — fix it right or don't fix it at all — is baked into everything that happens in the shop. When he's not under the hood, you'll find him on local race tracks or designing things — he once designed a watch and sold the design. His daily? An Imola Red 2004 BMW M3 — because of course it is.

We personally attend auctions and source vehicles from trusted channels like OPENLANE. Adam reviews every potential acquisition to ensure it meets our standards. If we wouldn't buy it, we don't bring it in.

Every vehicle goes through a comprehensive multi-point inspection covering engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, interior, exterior, and more. We document everything and address any issues we find.

Full Reconditioning

Tynan and our service team handle all necessary repairs and maintenance. We keep detailed records of every service performed — you get a complete history with every vehicle, showing exactly what was done.

Transparent Pricing

We set our asking price based on honest cost data and market comparables — then we stick to it. The price you see is the price you pay, with all dealer fees included (except HST and licensing).
