Buying a Vehicle
Ontario law requires that the advertised price must include all dealer fees — no hidden charges. The only additional costs are HST (13%) and licensing fees. This means the price you see is the price you pay, with transparency built in.
This protects you from surprise fees when you're ready to finalize the purchase.
Yes. Our 7-step purchase flow lets you complete most of the process online, from home:
- Select your vehicle
- Add a trade-in (optional)
- Choose add-ons and delivery method
- Select payment method (finance or cash)
- Enter your information
- Review the bill of sale
- E-sign and submit your refundable deposit
A member of our team will then coordinate final pickup or delivery with you.
The $500 deposit is refundable and serves two purposes:
- Secures the vehicle while we prepare paperwork and finalize the sale
- Applied to your purchase price — it's not a separate fee
If the deal doesn't go through for any reason, your deposit is returned in full.
Yes. We work with lenders to offer competitive rates starting at:
- 6.99% for vehicles 2018 and newer
- 10.99% for vehicles older than 2018
Rates are subject to credit approval. We also accept cash, certified cheque, and bank draft.
At minimum, you'll need:
- Valid driver's licence (government-issued photo ID)
- Proof of insurance (to take the vehicle home)
- Your preferred payment method (debit, credit, or financing approval)
For financing, we may ask for income verification. We'll let you know what else we need.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. We have nothing to hide. You're welcome to bring your own trusted mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection before you commit to buying.
Your confidence matters more to us than rushing a sale. If your mechanic finds issues we missed, we'll work with you to make it right.
Trade-Ins
Yes, we accept trade-ins on nearly all vehicles. We also offer outright purchase offers if you want to sell your car without buying one from us.

Our trade-in process has three steps:
- AI Preliminary Estimate: Answer questions about your vehicle's condition (online, ~2 minutes)
- Staff Appraisal: Bring the vehicle in for a hands-on inspection and final value assessment
- Active Trade Value: Once appraised, your trade value is locked for 14 days
The estimate is valid for 14 days from appraisal. After that, market conditions may change the value.
Yes. We make outright purchase offers on vehicles we're interested in, even if you're not buying from us.
Get an estimate online, and if you'd like to proceed with an outright sale, we'll arrange the appraisal and purchase on the spot.
Vehicle Quality
Every vehicle on our lot undergoes a comprehensive 150+ point inspection across 8 major categories before it's listed for sale:
- Engine & drivetrain

- Exterior & body
- Interior condition
- Tires & wheels
- Fluids & filters
- Safety & compliance
Any issues found are repaired — not hidden. You get a full recon report showing what was done.
Yes. Carfax reports are available upon request for any vehicle we list. We provide full OMVIC-mandated disclosures including accident history, branded title status, prior police/emergency/taxi use, and odometer discrepancies.
Transparency is built into every transaction.
Every vehicle receives a full reconditioning workup, which includes:
- Full service (oil, filters, fluids)
- Any repairs identified during inspection
- Professional detailing (interior & exterior)
- Safety certification where applicable
You receive a detailed recon report for your vehicle showing all work completed.
Safety certification is included on all vehicles where applicable per Ontario standards. Every car passes a full MVIS (Motor Vehicle Inspection System) inspection before being offered for sale.
We also provide Carfax history reports and detailed recon reports for transparency.
The Flynn Guarantee
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can bring the vehicle back within 72 hours and we'll work with you on an exchange for a different vehicle.

Extended warranty options are available during the purchase process. Coverage details will be provided by your sales associate and included in your bill of sale.
All vehicles come with full OMVIC compliance documentation and our 72-hour exchange policy.
Service & Repair
We specialize in European vehicles: BMW, MINI, Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen. Our technicians are trained on these specific platforms and have factory-level tools and knowledge.

No. All European vehicle owners are welcome to use our service department, whether you bought from us or not. We service BMWs, MINIs, Porsches, Audis, and VWs from any dealership.

Financing
We offer competitive financing rates based on vehicle age:
- 6.99% for vehicles 2018 and newer
- 10.99% for vehicles older than 2018
Rates are subject to credit approval. Terms and down payment requirements vary.
Down payment requirements vary based on the vehicle price and your credit profile. We work with lenders to find financing that fits your situation.

Delivery & Pickup
Yes. We offer two convenient options:
- Pickup at dealership: Free (our location in Niagara-on-the-Lake)
- Home delivery: Available with a distance-based delivery fee
During the purchase flow, you can select which option works best for you.
We're open Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM for pickups and appointments. We're closed on Sundays.
Weekday appointments are also available Monday through Friday. Contact us to book a time that works.
